My eTickets have been emailed to me. What paperwork do I need to bring for boarding the ferry?

Please take your eTicket with you on your device. eTickets have a QR code, meaning you will instantly be ready to board. There is no need to print at home, or to collect tickets from the port, since the QR code can be scanned from your device.

The port or vessel staff will also be able to find your booking if you can't locate your ticket for any reason.

You can still print tickets at home, if you prefer, ensuring the QR code is readable and scannable, but we do encourage customers to have these on their device instead wherever possible. 

Tickets will also include all passenger details travelling in your group for routes that require advance passenger information which will have been entered at the time of booking.

Please note: whether you are a foot passenger or in a vehicle, passengers who arrive later than the displayed check-in closure times cannot be guaranteed boarding.
