I am a commercial customer. How can I receive communications about our bookings, tickets, and any disruptions in relation to our bookings?
We ask all commercial customers to assign a default booking holder to their account. This contact will receive all information on bookings, tickets, and any disruptions. This helps us to stay in contact with you around disruptions, and ensures you receive booking confirmations and tickets efficiently.
If you find you want to change the details for some bookings, or on a booking-by-booking basis, this can be done through contacting our Customer Engagement Centre, the relevant port, or through the Business-to-Business team (B2B) team.
