Is there a cut off time as to when I can make an online amendment to my booking?

Yes, the online amend feature will not be available for your booking 2 hours before your first journey time. If you require to make a change to your booking after this cut off time, please call our customer advisors on 0800 066 5000 and they will be happy to assist you.
