Cumbrae port

The small island of Cumbrae has been delighting Scottish holidaymakers for generations with its brilliant beaches, cycling circuits and Victorian charm. Linked to the mainland via a short crossing from Largs, it is one of the most accessible islands in the CalMac network.

This is an unattended slipway. Tickets must be purchased at the Largs ticket office once disembarking the ferry.

  • You cannot reserve a specific sailing on this route. However, we advise you purchase your ticket in advance.
  • If you arrive at the port without a ticket we may still be able to carry you. Please speak to port staff.
  • Crossing Time: 10 minutes.
  • Connecting bus service.
