Tickets: Advance purchase your ticket online, before you travel. All passengers must have a valid ticket prior to travel. Please note, if you are unable to purchase tickets online before travel, please purchase tickets from the Oban Ferry Terminal before travelling to Gallanach.

Check-in: 5 minutes prior to departure for vehicles and passengers. Late check-in may also lead to the vehicle being refused carriage.

Request sailings: A sailing at 08:00 and 19:00 can operate Monday to Saturdays only, if requested no later than 12:00 on day before travel, contact our Customer Engagement Centre to request a sailing.

Ticket information - When you pre-purchase a ticket for this route, you'll be purchasing an 'open' ticket, although the system asks you for a chosen departure date, your ticket is valid only for the timetable period for which they were purchased, either winter or summer.
