MV Argyle, Earra-Ghaidheal in Gaelic, sails between Wemyss Bay and Rothesay on the Isle of Bute. A successor to the many famous vessels that made the crossing before her, the MV Argyle is the seventh ship on the Clyde to carry the name ‘Argyle’ – bringing generations of holidaymakers to Bute’s beautiful shores.
The MV Argyle is equipped with a multitude of facilities and amenities, all designed to make your journey as comfortable as possible. Marvel at the natural beauty of Scotland’s landscape as it gently drifts past from our ample Outdoor Seating, take in the awe-inspiring views from the Observation Lounge, or relax with your four-legged friend in our specially designated Pet Area.
Located at the centre of Deck 4 you’ll find an oasis of calm known as the Coffee Cabin. A place to enjoy a range of hot drinks, specialty coffees and light snacks surrounded by amazing views – the perfect destination for some ‘me time’ while en route to your destination.
The Coffee Cabin boasts a whole range of specialty coffees to suit every casual drinker and connoisseur alongside a variety of teas from traditional breakfast tea to unique fruity infusions. Drinks can be enjoyed in the Coffee Cabin or as a takeaway to be savoured on deck alongside the spectacular views.
