MV Isle of Arran

The MV Isle of Arran, Eilean Arainn in Gaelic, spends her summers sailing from Ardrossan to Campbeltown and doubling up on the Arran route during busy periods. Launched in 1984, she is a reliable stalwart of the CalMac fleet – a vessel steeped in history and still connecting communities today.

Relax and enjoy the ride

Onboard the MV Isle of Arran you can find a ship perfectly tailored for a short, comfortable crossing. Relax on our snug passenger lounge (accessed from the car deck, furry friends welcome) or take a seat outside on our deck and marvel at the natural beauty of Scotland’s landscape as it gently drifts past.
